This problem cropped up a while back, but I seem to be getting this message more and more.

I usually browse PH via the "What's New - 3 hours" drop-down. I know that some characters like ' and ? at the end of a thread title cause this problem - so I avoid clicking them - but the last few days I've been getting it with ordinary thread titles as well. (Just a thought - is it maybe because there's something invisible like an extra push of the space bar at the end of some thread titles?)

The last one was the "Ed Milliband falls asleep" thread.

I know that this doesn't happen if you go through the individual sub-fora.

I understand what a mammoth task it must be to keep the site running, even without the changes you're attempting at present, and I'm definitely not complaining. I couldn't even feed the hamsters!

P.S. Does it help you if I/others point up where it is happening, or is it just an unnecessary distraction?
