I've done a search but have only come up with 16's and 18's!!!

Tyre pressures on my 17's are 24, front and rear.

As for the blades.., not sure, but Halfords should be able to help.

26 all round is recommended, apparently.

Wiper blades aren't "off" anything -- you buy them in standard sizes. IIRC the Cerb ones are 16".

Personally, I have the PIAA ones because they coat the windscreen in silicone (a bit like Rain-X) and the water just rolls off. The "carbon look" ones kind of match the CF A-pillars, but I had to mount one upside down otherwise it fouled on the arm. Which means it says "PIAA" upside-down on it

I run mine at what it says in the book:

22 front, and 24 rear. 25 & 28 for "high speed continental driving"

That's for a 98R 4.5 or 4.2 (17" and 16" respectively).
