I pass two of these things on my way to work, now I understand they have to be bright so you can see them in the day but surely they don't need to be so bright at night/early morning.
They are almost as dangerous as the danger they are warning about. silly

They should have a 2-stage brightness control, they should be noticably dimmer at night. Contact the local highways dept, I'll bet there's a fault with them.

While you're there, can you report the graffiti on the road by the "SLOW" markings too?
