Spotted Blue S in St Ives Cambs.....?

Not me, but probably the car! It was in at Offords getting Nitrons & poly bushes fitted - might have been out for a test run. Just got it back this afternoon.
Had a chance for a quick spin before the football starts...what a difference. It just eats up the crappy roads round here where before I was bounding down the road like a freakin kangaroo. Going round corners a good 20-30% faster. Chaps at Offord have probably set-it up perfectly but that's not going to stop me having a good old tweak session this weekend.
Note to self: make a note of settings before you start.
I'll give you a call & let you know how it goes.

This was a week ago has your car been in there that long?? Dont think they would come along this way! Yes saw your car at offords yesterday I popped in to book my car in, Simon said you were having Nitrons put in! I did call you today on your mobile and left a message did you get it? Be interesting to know what its like, difference etc....? Simon told me the costs, not cheap but if it makes a big difference then why not!
Lets catch up sometime soon, there is a meet/Fayre on 18th July in Kimbolton, are you up for that its only 5 miles from me? Should be a good day, bring the girlfriend.

It was picked up Thursday morning - it was in over a long weekend as I was away at Glastonbury.
Yeah, the Nitrons weren't cheap but looking at past threads there were some who were unhappy with Avos but I heard nothing but good reviews of the Nitrons. The car needed a big improvement to cope with the country lanes round here. So..... bit the bullet.
Most of budget now gone but sorting out the cosmetics can wait.
Good to meet up & we should manage the 18th - just don't tell the missus how much I've just blown on the motor

I had a few quotes, all pretty similar but I know Offords, they've always done a good job & they are pretty close.
