Anyone written plugins for InDesign CS?

Hi I am looking for some help in writing a plugin for Indesign CS. Any of you guys got any experience using the new SDK ? I haven't got the time to spend learning how to do it from scratch so really need someone with some experience to give me a head start. Could be a fews days work .
