Quick question, and not sure if it's best placed in here or the lounge.

Basically, I bought some Diamond Labs ECA +30 which I received a few days ago. I have bought this on a few occasions now and the first thing I noticed was the container had changed. It was a small stubby container instead of the usual longer, thinner container. Secondly the labels were of different quality on both containers (I bought two). One of the labels was a grey colour instead of black (poorly printed) and the text on one of the labels was unreadable. The ink also comes off on your hand. The label initially read "30 caps" and a sticker reading "60 caps" has been placed over this. The most worrying thing though is that the contents of the capsules appears to be completely different from usual. Normally the capsules are quite thin and the contents are pure white. These are quite a bit fatter and the contents is a grey colour. I opened both containers and they are both the same. They also contain 62 capsules in each, not 60.

I am very reluctant to take these as they are completely different from normal. I bought them online from some skin company that also sell melatonin. I think I have bought them from here before with no issues but these definetly aren't the usual Diamond Labs ECA +30 that I am used to.

I have emailed the company but had no response as of yet. I bought them using my credit card. I doubt I will get a refund from the company as I have open both containers but can I claim back from my credit card company?
