Cadwell Sunday 20th November Focused Events

I've just booked this online today (saturday) with Focused Events. Their office is closed and there is no alternative way of contacting them. Anyone booked with them so late before? Presumably if I turn up all will be well? I need to book a passenger and helmet hire for her as well. Hopefully I can do that on the day.
