Got a fracture in the cable at the plug into window motor and will have to solder in new plug but can't find an old post I know I read on here saying what its from?
Cheers for any help.

Ford Orion so I am told. Resolder the wire if it worked before fracture. Clean and lubricate tracks. Try not to separate armature from the casing. It may weaken the magnetic field. Give armature a squirt through the top hole in the casing with Ambersil super 10 (electrical point cleaner and lubricant) Don't use WD40.

Motor may be the same as a ford,but looking around I think the same Bosch motoe may be used on lots of cars...

Cheers guys, its the plug on the on the wiring harness not the motor its self. The fracture is where the moulded plug meets the cable so can't just cut a section out.
