I'd be interested in knowing the route you're taking. I'm down just outside Thame so could pick up the convoy on its way over to the M40.

Probably A421 Mk to Buckingham, then A422 all the way to Stratford. Turn left on to the B4632 to the raceway.

We'd have to go all the way to Banbury to pick up the M40, by then it's just a straight run on the A422 to Stratford.

Even though I completely misread the original thread, I can still recommend the road from Leighton Buzzard across to Winslow then Buckingham, over to Brackley, then M40/Wherever from there.... TOTALLY class bit of tarmac!
