Buying a Cerbera

I have seen a few gorgeous looking Cerberas in the classifieds..Other than the power, are there any other advantages of the 4.5 over the 4.2 and Speed Six. Forgive me for being such a dummy, but is the V8 the proven motor as per the Griffith or a TVR designed lump?

The v8 is the proven TVR lump, not the Rover based one in the Griff...

The V8 is TVRs own, i.e. not the Rover V8.

4.5 and 4.2 both good motors ,4.2 is a bit livelier in the lower revs.

The Cerbera has its own 4.5 & 4.2 AJP8 engine, and also available with the Speed Six engine which can be found in the Tuscan,T350,Tamora and the Sagaris.

The SP6 also has (as standard) smaller wheels, and slower steering. I think.
