Photo/Art Bending the Perspective, how?

Need some help if possible please?
Some of you might have seen various pavement art drawings like this example:
My question is how to turn a regular image into a modified perspective graphic that can be large format printed, so when viewing the print at a “strange” angle the perspective actually looks square to the eye.
