Mystery knob…

I was crawling around the drivers foot well foxing my bonnet opening issue when I came across a small machined fan knob (looks just like the actual fan control knobs) really tucked away near the steering wheel column.

Is this wiper delay control??

Nope - Air Con temp control. Avoid the temptation to twist as can cause problems if you bring the temperture down to low

Ahhh, ok.
It was fully clockwise (and the aircon if anything is generally too cold I would say). So I guess that means its on max cold?

I posted a similar thread recently. It should be 3 degrees otherwise the system ices up and defrosts into the footwell.
