How to remove Focus C-Max door latch/Window regulator

Hi,
I need to replace my O/S rear door latch as the child lock is broken and the complete latch needs replaced as the child lock plastic part cannot be bought separately.
OK, so I've removed the door card and the electric window regulator, although I did have to force part of the upper right window regulator as I could not seem to separate the 3 plastic lugs.
I'm now stuck as I cannot seem to remove the door latch. I've removed the 3 screws on the latch and the one below it, but it seems secured at the top. Is there a hidden screw under a seal etc?
Can anyone help? I'm reluctant to go to Ford, and Fordparts I bought it from cannot help.
I've attached a photo altough it shows the window regulator still resting in place.
