Cheap chips

Has anyone any experience of buying one of the uprated ECU chip being sold on eBay? [url]http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=10408&item=2482975661 [/url] links to a 944 S2 chip for £40 (and he's selling numerous others as well) but that is still money I'd rather not burn!

Several people on 944 Titanic and the PorscheClubGBForum have tried the Blitz chips and seem happy. A before and after test yielded 8bhp on an S2 which you probably would not notice via seat of the pants

Anyone had any experience of the 911 chips available on eBay? (by Accell Racing)
Have an AMD on at the mo and it makes my 964 run a little rich (especially when engine cold). Any one know which the better would be?

A number of people have mentioned to me that AMD run their chips very rich. My 944 turbo + AMD chip ran incredibly rich. Probably best to start by just getting it remapped, which many independants can do for you.
