Dartford crossing - realistic congestion delays?

I never need to use the crossing in peak commute hours so roughly how much extra journey time should I factor in for the crossing these days. Will be about 8am tomorrow morning.
Also rough ideas for a journey time from the crossing to St Albans assuming no unusual hold-ups. I was going to leave 1.5hours, sound reasonable?
