Hi folks,

Does anyone have the capability to record from Sky onto DVD? I don't have a subscription and would really appreciate it if someone could record the Tour of Mull rally on Motors TV this Friday at 8:30pm?

Thanks smile

afaik it's not possible. Is there no option to watch it on the Motors TV website?

You can pay to watch Sky on the PC per month, only a few pounds, then cancell

I do that for LeMans, although I'm there can also watch on the LapTop

I seem to remember by Sky+ box only had an option for transferring to VHS.

I'd love to help but ditched sky earlier in the year. I looked for a transfer option on my V+ box but couldn't find one.

You can easily transfer to another medium.

Steps:

Assuming you have a SCART cable...
1) connect sky box output (the one that says TV output) to your DVD record input
2) connect the DVD record output to your TV
3) load the image on the TV so that you can see sky
4) click record on the DVD player and play the Sky+ thing you want
