Range rover sport supercharged 05 - Iphone os 5 issue

Hello,

I have a problem where my range rover sport supercharged 05 is not pairing automatically with my iPhone 4 using OS 5. I have to re-pair every time.

I am aware that OS 5 isn't supported, but are there any other unofficial options availailable? Can I manually upgrade the firmware?

the same is happening with my Bimmer 335, sometimes it pairs, sometimes it doesn't so it seems it may a prob with the operating system

I had problems with pairing on my 55 RRS for both Blackberry and Nokia. Fixed it with a modified bluetooth module obtained via a forum section on the Disco3 site. Cost about £70, fitted in a few minutes myself. All fine now, pairs immediately, all contacts on the radio screen as they should be.
