Yikes. The revelations are coming out now; next we'll hear that socialists tend to be hypocrites.

I thoroughly resent the hijacking of the word 'ethical' and the attendant inference that those who choose not to subscribe to whatever BBC or Guardian balls du jour is being peddled are somehow devoid of ethics.

..And the word ‘progressive’, as in the non-existent ‘progressive Majority’ oft used by the hopelessly deluded.

I wonder if the same group think that wind farms and other 'Green Energy solutions' are 'Ethical', in light of the increasing numbers of our own poor and vulnerable descending into abject fuel poverty.

Yep. You've got me thinking now, what other Tony Blair vocabulary was there?

Stakeholder is one that springs to mind.

Cross-party use of "fair" and "fairness" without defining what they mean. Usually it appears to mean "whatever is likely to win me more votes next time".

Anyway, wandering O/T, back to "ethical shoppers" - did we really need a report to tell us that people overstate their "good" behaviour and understate their "bad" behaviour when questioned? No st Sherlock rolleyes

Sticks.

We should define the true meaning of these phrases.

Progressive Majority -> Hopelessly Deluded Majority
Hard Working Families -> People who see themselves as entitled to more because they chose to have kids.

That's nothing on how much I resent how "Environmentally friendly" means not creating CO2. Don't worry about about destroying rainforests, pesticides, bleach, wiping out animal species etc...
