Colour matching silver painted interior plastics

My S-Max is pretty tatty around the centre-console where the wierd handbrake is. It seems that the cheapest solution would be to just take the plastics out, spray paint them, spray laquer them and slot them back in, rather than buying new bits. Does anyone know where I can get decent colour-match paint, and what sort of paint I should use?
