hood-body attachment detail

hi all,
can you please show me how the hood is supposed to be attached to the body, i do remember that there was a velcro piece holding it, but I'm not sure if it was attached to the body or the carpet side covers inside ....

after a body paint job, of course no one remembers it here anymore : ) and being the only tvr around doesn't help much !

Mine has a single peice of velcro on each side, of this one inch depth is glued to the body and a further two inches or so is glued to the carpeton the inside.

On the later cars 96 on I have seen them with the velcro rivited to the body which is a lot better than the glue.
