Bit the bullet and bought some SH drop links and they arrived today.

Intructions say the top yoke is designed to be a tight fit on the arb which makes sense but.............

Ended up removing the arb completely in order to get at the ends with a grinder and a wire wheel in order to get the links on!!

Mind you whilst it was off i cleaned the whole thing up and painted it wink

Mine were like that too.

As you say, a bit of careful shaving and they slip on.

Better too tight than not tight enough and have them knocking and banging about though!

It's also recommended to use thread lock on the bottom bolt through the suspension arm as some people have reported these coming loose.

I had the same problem with my links, a little time with some emery paper and they fitted like a dream, no grinder required...
