my experience of richer sounds is pretty poor tbh. very reluctant to take back faulty goods, very reluctant to price match, and their website is always totally out of date when looking at specific shop stock.

I'd sooner shop elsewhere even if it meant spending a few quid extra

I've found the opposite ... very helpful staff ... found items at other stores and arranged purchase, even got one of their employees to drive 40 miles to deliver a product when he forgot to post it.

I too found the staff helpful when trying to buy, its just that they didn't want to know when I mentioned price match, and wouldn't offer it. On another occassion I bought a dvd player which didn't work out of the box. They denied something was broken when I bought it and accused me of breaking it in front of a shop full of customers.

I gave up shopping there after the website claims they have phantom stock in shops. Maybe my standards are too high
