Wheel clamping and squatting law changes

When are these two changes going to come into effect? Stopping wheel clamping in England, and changing the law so squatters can be removed from private property quickly and easily (with a big boot up the rs).

Changes to clamping laws are slowly dragging through parliament, not sure about squatting though.

If you made evicting squatters as easy as removing a burglar (for example) then the steak and kidney lock openers will be fked.

Illegal parking on private land could be seen as 'vehicular squatting'. Interesting if the law moves in different directions on these two matters.

Mind you, I don't think you can clamp squatters
