Early 4.2 Crank (Small) Replacement - Part Sourcing

A recent strip down of the 4.2 AJPV8 engine has shown wear on the crank that is beyond machining and case hardening.

Can anyone point me in the direction of replacement parts / breaker that has a 4.2 engine going spare / any other build options that may involve a slightly different crank and or oversized bearings combination.

According to the garage the crank type is a small journal (if ive spelled that correctly) type.

Don't waste your time refitting a standard crank it may be one of the ones waiting to snap on you.
