BF3 PS3 UK servers..

Ok,

This is getting on my nerves now. Anyone know how to get on the UK servers on the PS3? I can get on some (having opened lots of ports on the router)....

So, anyone got a definitive list of ports or some other thing I need to do?

I didn't know you could select UK only. I usually just select the Europe ones.

When you have an internet connection as low as mine you take every possible chance you can get to get a better ping..... Go to the browse option and put in PS3. It will bring up servers which are listed as UK (not Europe) and when I can get on them, I don't get anywhere near as much lag and I get some pretty good scores!!

I'll give that a go. My internet connection is pretty poor too, I enjoy speeds of up to 1.2meg on a really good day. I've noticed some lag on BF3, but nowhere near as bad as MW3, which is pretty much unplayable for me most of the time. Good job I prefer the Battlefield series

dunno about ps3 but pc needed upnp disabled for better gameplay for me

also don't be deceived by distance, in counter-strike source I often get a better ping on some german servers than UK ones. There are a lot of other factors involved.
