When I squat down my right knee makes a loud crack. No pain, just noise, nothing from the left. Is this ok? I try and keep up on fish and flaxseed. Is there anything to be worried about?

This is something that has bothered me for a while with mine, so much i have almost left out my leg training, It creaks like and old staircase but i have no pain whatsoever - Not even a twinge.

Would it be ok to resume a bit of leg pressing?

Have you had it checked, just to be sure? Normally a knee without pain is not a problem.

Nope never had it checked because it's never been painful in the slightest. It makes a noise and I can feel it if I squeeze my kneecap when I extend my leg.

If it's a loud crack I'd get it checked out, something must be out of place. My left knee was repaired a dozen years ago and does all sorts of strange things (but thankfully despite the stainless steel bolts) doesn't set off the airport detectors but it doesn't make audible noises. But it's very good at weather forecasting...
