MP-12C full launch A3/M25 + Plato?

Was a very lucky chap yesterday to see an orange MP-12C do a launch from the lights up the A3 slip road South bound with what looked like Mr Plato behind the wheel. About 10.30 in the morning, maybe later. A juddery clonking start, a moments hesitation and then off - sounds great but the driver kept it to a sensible speed from the looks of it - but wow - how it got there!
