Seat adjustment question

I have adjusted the seats in my car so that button 1 adjusts the drivers seat to my position and button 2 to my wifes. Now when my wife uses her key fob to unlock the car, it automatically adjusts her seating position to how she likes it. But when I use my key fob, it doesn't adjust the seat to my position. I have to press button 1 on the seat. Anyone know what I need to do so that it adjusts when I use my key fob?

Setting within the M drive system. Just insert the key and look around.

With your key in the ignition go into the I-drive under settings and door locks.
The car remembers different settings for each key so each key can have a separate profile
