Hi people got around 14500 k to spend a tuscan going to be a early one for that money i know .Seen this on piston heads

Is it me or maybe the position of the camera shots, but is the front splitter missing?

Its an engine... as long as the original components of inferior quality have been replaced with those of adequate quality/composition and the unit cleaned before assembly it should be fine.
