Insurance cost and cars who pays the most

I'm a 23 year old male with 3yrs ncb drive a 2011 308cc 140 hdi. I pay 815 a year how much does everyone else pay.
My sis in law is 25 has a 55plate 1.2jazz and pays 895 has 4 yrs ncb. I can't understand it.
