kids quad bike

I'm thinking about buying a quad bike for my five year old. I've seen some at £220 on the same web site that does mini moto. Are they any good? He already has a TY80 but its a bit big for him. I don't think it will get that much use when the novelty wears off so don't want to spend too much. Will one of these fit the bill?
