Skid Pan Training (Manchester area)?

I'm interested in doing some skid pan training. Is there anywhere recommended in NW England?

Tockwith, on the way to York is the nearest I know about (01423 359442)is an oil based surface or Driverskills use Elvington (wet surface, low grip tyres). Here's a link with plenty on (incl manchester):
