Hi guys,

I have been trying to do some baking with varying success dependant on cake tins/trays etc. I have decided to give up with silicone as it really isnt non-stick. What are the best tins for cakes? By the way i'm a total amatuar.
Also I have had friends swear by Pampered Chef unglazed stoneware for all sorts of things from cookies to fishfingers for the kids. But I cant bear to pay their prices and google was not my friend in finding alterative suppliers. Is stonware really all its cracked up to be or would i be better off spending money on other trays/sheets?
