Flooding Inverclyde
Discussion
I never took the photo so not sure whether the water has risen between the driver trying to cross and the photo but Yes, either way it's been a bad decision that's probably finished the car, as you say, good chance the engine's been hydrolocked and damaged any of numerous parts, not to mention electrics, interior with full electrics etc etc.
Glad it's not anyone you know.
The intake on my 156 GTA is stupidly low also, there isn't room anywhere else in the bay for it. So I had to turn back this morning near Bridge of Weir at 5:50am, as the road probably already had 10" by then. My 30min commute took 1hr 20 and that was leaving the house at 5:45am. Worse if you stay in Greenock.
