Lower Central Abdominal Pain?

Since last night I've had some sort of a weird pain on the lower abdominal area, the same feeling you get when you have a full bladder although I have no problem with urinating and everything has been normal. The pain gets worse when I stand up or bend down and it's starting to get worse as the day passes. I was thinking of waiting until tomorrow to visit my GP but the more research I do the more I'm thinking it could be my appendix, although my pain is central so I'm not sure.
Check the other symptoms of appendicitis... nausea, pain hard to pinpoint then later right lower abdominal iirc. Have you checked your stool? Is it trapped wind? Has someone punched you in the guts? Are you regular? Problem is it could be anything from trapped wind to bowel cancer. In other words, see a doc tomorrow!
