I guess the answer to this is to take the dryer, and hope there's a socket.
We'll be at the venue during the course of this week coming, so will post an update on this important subject as soon as possible.

I'm sure Ted mentioned that there wasn't any power plugs but someone did say that they were taking a generator and wouldn't mind...

Is anyone taking a generator. I have a little fridge that runs either off 12v or 240v and am looking for somewhere to plug it in as i don't think the battery in the car will last that much with it plugged in

You know you are always welcome in my tent.

There will be a generator round the back of my stand you can use out of hours - i.e. morning and evening if thats any use?

I'll need it during the day though to blast out Pistonfest.FM and to keep my beer cold!

I will be bringing a mains inverter as well. That is, if I can find the damn thing - haven't seen it for a few months....
