Oh well. I swore first Prem manager to drop would have been Steve Kean.

In your dreams mate.
No chance, he's doing very nicely where he is.

Not my dreams pal just a gut feeling. I'd rather a good young manager like him stay where he is and build a proper team and club. I've always had a soft spot for Narch!

Honestly can't see it. Some of the things he's said about working with us and the fact he doesn't seem like a bullstting badge kissing type means I'd be very suprised to see him go while he still feels like he has things he can achieve with us.

Plus he's earned himself a hell of a lot of patience/trust with our support should things become barren for a while.

How lucky is Steve Bruce?
He lost his job on last day of November but on the first day of December all department stores are looking for a fat bloke with experience of wearing red & white...

Are you saying Mr Abramovich wants Steve Bruce at the helm of the Bridge?

I was going to say get Aidie Boothroyd in, he'll do ANY job going, but Northampton have snapped him up, luckily for every other club out there. Same goes for Gary Megson - not too long since I heard that ginger tt on a Radio Five prog, bemoaning the fact he's lost the Bolton job (along with others) for telling a team to play ste football and going on and on about how it's hard with no work etc ... not on your wages mate. You don't see too many football managers signing on between jobs.

Struggling to understand what Brucie has done that's worthy of the sack.

It's a long season and I'm sure things would get better.

It's an often used cliche - 'too good to go down' - but it's true in this case.

Are the board really sure a new manager will get anything more out of the players Bruce has assembled?

What's in it for him?

I know Sunderland fans will claim otherwise, but they're hardly any 'bigger' than Swansea.
