I have seen a few mobility scooters on the paths and roads recently with Q plates, lights and indicators. Why would someone go to the hassle of doing this when others seem to not bother?
I expect the Q plates are larger, faster and potentially give their user a much grater flexibility. The smaller ones probably get by on the sort of technicalities that allow G-Wizzs to be sold as road vehicles.
