Recording Mixes

Musical PH'ers,
I've been DJ'ing for a few years now, & am a resident at the local top club / Pub.
Set's vary, from R'n'B & Hip-Hop to Commercial House & Dance to Dubstep & D'n'B.
To say i play practically everything would cover it.
I managed to get these residencies via hard graft & doing a lot of mid-week sets & shifts for little or no money.
It finally paid off & the rest is history as they say.
However, i've shamefully only ever recorded 2 or 3 mixes, of which i don't even have anymore.
After smashing a night i'm regularly getting asked for CD's from the clubbers, (i don't want anymore work) but i'd like to be able to give them a disc as they've taken the time to come & ask me.
When i've done it before, i've plugged a cable into my laptop mic socket & used Audacity software.
I currently run Serato software with turntables & the time encoded vinyl.
The sound system i had was terrible & the mixes were never of great quality.
My question is, wothout buying all the kit as mine had ot be disposed of is there another way of doing it?
I.E. is there any PH'er in the South West who has a small studio they would like to let me use for an hour to mash out a small mix?
