Perspex in South Oxon

I maybe considering having a perspex barrier on our balcony, so my other half's nephew can happily play in our flat and not have to worry about him slipping through our 1970's H&S hazard fixtures we have at the moment.

However I've been on google but can't find anyone who does them in my locality. Can anyone point me onto the right path, perspex would be a lot cheaper then a glass fixture.
