I ordered a parcel worth £400 waited and waited in for last 3 days for it and decided to go out for a walk with my dog.I decide to pop into my friends on the way and spend 3 hours there .I get home my neighbor is outside we speak i go in.As far as i am aware nothing has been delivered to me ( the property was unattended for a hour as my daughter came home from work). Then today the next day the door bell rings i run down stairs so excited thinking yay its here only for it to be my neighbor the same neighbor i spoke to last night say did you get your parcel in which then and there i knew it was gone for good. She said the van had arrived mins after i had left and she had signed for it even though the company i was receiving product from had instructions to only leave it to another number i had allowed or return it back. She then said all the people sitting outside my area said i had gone out with the dog so she said to me i left it on your doorstep. Now why she did this i don't know as i had my daughters parcel just the other month pinched this time the courier had let a person hanging outside area to sign for it .

Now she knew that in my area things go missing even the lead from the main porch have been pinched .she said she thought i be back in 10 mins or so but in my area it only takes 5 mins ahhhhhh.

I informed her that i was getting the police involved as the cost of the item is high.I also informed the supplier who knew it was not my fault and is sending me a new one out (to a different address) .

Now i am not sure how to speak to her as i feel so annoyed how she could be so stupid to leave on my doorstep knowing that a parcel had all ready been taken .I still so annoyed i know i am getting a replacement (a different one as the other one was out of stock) its the fact that i now have to send all my parcels and my daughters parcels to my friends address and look at all the people that hang outside her door knowing that one of them has taken it (and believe me i know it is)they all smoke weed all the time outside there front .

Do i confront them all but then get grief from them all but then say nothing and look like a push over something which i am not) .All ready had a row with the neighbors BF today

please advise how i should approach this

Yea, I reckon they took it.

Guilty people have a twisted sense on innocence, and they often overcompensate, ie, ask about the parcel, make up possible excuses of someone else taking it etc...

There's todays (or tonights...) psychology lesson for you...
