Manifolds on or off

Is it possible to take the heads off with manifolds still attached, just thinking things through and this would make life much easier.
Any thoughts and tips greatly appretiated.

Some of the head fasteners are obscured by the manifolds, so no

First time takes ages, after that and you have ARP bolts fitted, a couple of hours and it's a breezzzzzzzze.
