Dislocated my jaw

Couple of days ago I was eating my morning cereal and whilst chewing there was a bit of a clunk and pain and I couldn't close my jaw properly!. If I bit down it hurt lots and felt like the jaw was miss aligned. Anyhow did some googling and read it was probably a dislocated jaw. It stayed like that for about 3 hours, and then (on the way to the dentist) it suddenly popped back in and the pain was was 95% gone. So the dentist confirmed it was a dislocated jaw.

Then last night it happened again though very briefly , but I still got some residue pain. I read that once it happens it can keep happening :-/

Anyone else had this?
