Shipping Tuscpan to USA for a holiday???

Is it just a pipe dream or is it possible to ship a car to America and ship it back for a reasonable price? has anyone done it before, can recommend a shipping company or think this is a stupid idea? haha
Also how long does it take to setup the whole process etc, any help would be appreciated.

In my view, it's a stupid idea.
Much as I'd love to have my TVR over here in California while I am working here, it would be totally impractical.
The entrances to virtually all roadside businesses, eg Malls, Parking Lots, Hotels, Restaurants are so steep that my Chimaera would bottom out every 5 mins.
Much better idea - rent a Corvette and not worry about your P&J.
Head up the PCH - awesome trip.
If you want to take your Tuscan on holiday, I can highly recommend the Drive Espana Tour of Spain and Portugal though ...
