extradition to the US.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2069411/Ci...

Even worse she is part of ministry of justice and it was done in jail last year when she gave her occupation as property developer.

I assume that they will use human rights as the reason why he can't be sent to US and how can they allow it to happen???

Can people that are illegal immigrants or criminals that are facing extradition just have their marriages null and voided as that would solve a lot of issues especially the sham marriages.

"A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: ‘We are not aware of any wrongdoing on the part of this member of staff, but we are monitoring the situation closely.’

Says it all really.

Well, at the risk of busting the PH outrage consensus the civil servant hasn't done anything wrong as far as I can see. Should employers punish you for something your future spouse has done?

On the other hand, the paedo should be punished and have his balls cut off (if guilty).

What does it say?

If you should be fired for being ugly and perhaps having daddy issues or whatever makes you fall for a paedo then fair enough, do we want those sort of laws though?

Doesnt everyone call themselves a property developer nowadays?

Hang some new curtains? Property Developer
Slap on some new wallpaper? Property Developer.

I figured its just something people say to save face from saying 'unemployed'

If she's married to a convicted paedo & she's in a position of influence at the MOJ doesn't that change things though? Bearing in mind she may just be in charge of paperclips, but if she is in a position of influence and paperwork goes through her to, say, tighten the laws on paedos or illegal immigrants, wouldn't she be inclined to hinder that as it would affect her husband?
