When i relocated to this area from the London Borough of Havering via Bidford on Avon from where i bought my Narrowboat i had a selection of historic cars temporary placed in posh storage.
After a fashion of settling down i placed an ad in the local village sweet shop & post office for a workshop to work and house my little collection and the remains of 40 years of various historic cars, mainly Hillman Imp.
To my delight i received a reply which turned out remarkably to be the farm next door to the Marina where i am still a livaboard.
I say farm the tenant/owner turned to the bank for diversion and hence instead of sub letting to graze sheep took opon to planting trees in virtually all the 80 acres.
Not only have i a workshop some 5 mins walk from my boat, but i have my own garden/allotment,all the grass i want to cut and a lifetimes supply of firewood.
When i need a break from the mechanical side i get the chainsaw out and my two GSD's chase the rabbits..
Its not all bliss though the humans are bizarre in this situation.Still nothings perfect.
To get a relation towards this thread i have been looking for a lost historic car or vehicle of sorts, but the only thing close is a couple of vintage lawnmowers.
The only connection i have towards a TVR is the Vixen S2 (WFD 400H)i stupidly disposed of to help finance my Son's karting activities a few years ago now.
Love your glider!!
