A fatuous remark

British people go to Spain for three reasons - to retire, to set up a business or because British people are needed to work in tourism.

They do not undercut local labour, claim Spainish benefits, nor turn inner cities into foreign ghettos.

Inner cities have contained foreign ghettos for hundreds of years, since the middle ages in fact. Plus there are thousands of indigenous lazy bds and dole scroungers already in this country.

None, really (it was an attempt at humour that seems to have gone over most people's heads), an interesting article about British immigrants in Spain. However, I suspect that in El Correo Diario they are saying that

Although to add - most immigrants in this country I suspect are here to work and create business'; I don't know why it should only be applicable to Brits in Spain.

I wonder if there's a kinda Daily Mail Spanish opinion of Brits in Spain, you know, like they are all crash for cash insurance scam, overly religious nuts, sat on benefits and claiming thousand to live in Madrid mansion with 7 kids etc etc etc ....
