Anyone got a pair (no matter how tatty) un-loved and un-wanted you'd like to sell?

Got a little idea in mind, if it works out my original but not exactly pristine rubber ones will be available.

Mike.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking ?
Rub down really smooth then get it wrapped in chrome film wrap looks good and no rot.

No, but interesting idea if it could be done without visible joins or wrinkles. Had wondered what they'd look like painted with that "chrome silver" paint you can get?

My cunning plan is to cut about 20 - 25mm off to make them less bulky and cumbersome. I've started on the fronts (some one has already replaced these with fibreglass). Will post pictures if it works, or stick them back together again if it doesn't.
