I'd love to see Dave Mac's car there. I want to stroke the manifold...

The factory used to have (and may still) the dark grey metallic Griff, which was used in many of the first press reviews - Performance car etc.
The plate was J5** MHG, and the car was also later (highly effectively modified) and used by Neill Anderson, to blitz the 2000 British Sprint & Hillclimb Champs.

and, only a short drivable distance away is the town of Griff. How about a Drive out to it?

Adam - paintwork not so good now after some woman hit it and it won't be resprayed before the Growl unfortunately. It will have OZ multispokes on though - 2 on last night and other 2 later this week (weather permitting).

Dusty, I do like the re-cycled Westons bit about Wol. Just come back from the Ardennes, sorting stuff out for Pistonfest this afternoon, and just to tell, we got over 27mpg out of Wol over the break, including a blast at 100+ down the Autobahn, a ripper up the U500 and a hoon around the woods near Bouillon. Including a 180deg hairpin on powerslide and opp. lock going uphill.

I've still not sold mine which appeared on Wrong Car, Right Car. If it's still for sale that weekend, I'll come along. The only reason I've not booked already is that's the only free weekend I've got in July and my bird wants me to keep it free. I'll see if I can convince Moto to attend too.
