But if they did it would be silverstone TVR. first let me point out i have no connection to Silverstone TVR (apart from being a very happy customer) or Carlsburg (apart from drinking shed loads of it) So petrol Ted please don't give me another bollocking. for advertising.

I feel that when someone goes beyond the call of duty they deserve a mention. I took my Chim in there last week (well the AA did anyway) with a cataloge of faults. They fixed as many as they could very quickly, they rang me virtually everyday to keep me informed on progress. Unfortunatly there were one or two running problems that baffled them (not surprising given the general poor condition of the car).

So today Matt the engine bod, drove the car to TVR power and broke down on the way has spent the whole day up there trying to get it sorted and refuses to charge me for most of his time. That is what I call customer service. Something so lacking in most of life in general.

What a great crew, Thanks guys!!

looks like it was the pedometer or something, anyway it's nearly sorted, I bet they will be glad to see the back of me, as the car has been a real pain in the arse.

Pleased to hear it ... the Cerbera has just turned up there (courtesy of AA) for it's first visit, other than the open day BBQ thing that is. Nice to know that it'll be in good hands !

Lets hope they still are able to provide this level of service when they are established and the books are full......

However, it is good to see a happy customer in this savage age of failed expectancy and broken promises

Yes that is always the problem, but it is run by the guys that own it, from sales to servicing they are very hands on indeed. I just got a good feeling about this one.
